
Ingredients
- 50gm Parmesan
- 50gm cheese
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 24 mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
PREPARATION PROCESS

Beat these ingredients together in a bowl and fill the hollow of each of the mushroom caps 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 2 tbs chopped coriander 30g fresh bread crumbs ½ tsp chilli powder Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste Rub together to make a crump to sprinkle over the top In a non stick fry pan, heat 30g of butter over a moderate flame and cook around 12 of the mushrooms at a time, cap side down. For around 5 mins of until golden brown. Sprinkle over the crumb and serve hot. Alternatively, you could bake then in a hot oven for around 6 to 8 mins on a buttered tray, or until the bread crumbs are golden brown
